Our Story
Making pickles with my son Tony is one of my most cherished memories. It all began with the story of the Eagles’ legendary “pickle juice game” against the Dallas Cowboys on September 3, 2000, when the team used pickle juice to beat the Texas heat and went on to win.
From there, Tony’s passion for gardening blossomed and brought joy to our whole family. On summer days, he could often be found in the garden, watering, cultivating, and nurturing each plant. For Tony, gardening was more than a pastime. It was a personal connection to nature and a source of peace and renewal with every changing season.
Together with his grandfather Frank, Tony inspired us to create pickles with unique varieties and playful names, always made with the freshest and highest quality ingredients. What began as a family tradition has grown into something more: a way to share our love, our roots, and our story in every jar.
